Silveridge Assisted Living Achieves Deficiency-Free State Inspection

A Legacy of Excellence Continues in Denison, Iowa

Silveridge, An Eventide Community, is pleased to announce that we have once again received a deficiency-free inspection from the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing (IDIAL). This accomplishment highlights our continued commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional tenant care.

Since opening in January 2011, Silveridge has maintained a perfect record on all health facilities inspection surveys—a rare and noteworthy distinction in the assisted living field. Iowa’s assisted living survey process is thorough, evaluating tenant care, safety practices, staffing, documentation, interviews, and overall quality of life. Achieving a deficiency-free result through this process—especially over many consecutive years—is an uncommon and distinguished accomplishment.

“This achievement reflects the remarkable dedication of our staff,” said Eventide CEO Mindi Baker. “Our team demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a shared commitment to excellence each day. Under the leadership of our Assisted Living Director Kara Webb, every team member contributes to creating an environment where tenants feel safe, supported, and at home. Their collaboration and resilience ensure Silveridge remains a trusted and respected part of Crawford County. To our tenants and families, thank you for the trust you place in us—it motivates us to continually raise the bar.”

Silveridge remains steadfast in our commitment to the highest standards of quality and care. We proudly celebrate this achievement as a reflection of our core values: compassion, integrity, and service.
