The public health emergency ended May 11, 2023. With that, the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Service have exercised enforcement discretion and no longer requires providers to inform residents, their representatives, and families of a single confirmed infection of COVID-19 or three or more residents/staff with new-onset of symptoms. Therefore, our website posting on COVID-19 numbers will be discontinued effective today. However, this information is available on the COVID-19 Nursing Home Data Website. As before, we will continue to reach out to resident representatives on updates of resident changes of orders, conditions, etc. The Eventide Campus will continue to follow infection control guidelines as the care of those we serve and our team are top priority. Thank you for all the support and encouragement we have received since this pandemic started in March of 2020.

✔ Weekly Update
To help reduce the risk of transmitting respiratory illnesses, please defer your in person visit if you have tested positive for COVID-19, or had close contact of someone with COVID-19 in past 10 days, or have any acute respiratory illness symptoms. Facemask requirements are based on County transmission rates and / or if a case of COVID-19 has been identified in the building. We continue to clean, disinfect, utilize PPE, as well as educate team members, residents, and visitors. See entrance door signage information for precautionary measures.
If you have any questions, please contact Doreen Adams, Director of Nursing, at 712.263.3114. You may continue to contact the resident’s nurse for specific resident conditions.
