Eventide is a not-for-profit care provider for the elderly in Denison, Iowa. It has a long and admirable record of providing professional and loving care to it's residents. 
 Residents are admitted on a space available basis. There is no discrimination by race, religion sex color, or national origin. 
Facilities and services are designed to accommodate and provide comfortable housing for residents requiring specialized care.
Special attention is paid to insuring the quality life style with an emphasis on personal dignity. Activities and events are available to present a challenging atmosphere.

Because of inflation, rising costs of medical care, longer life spans, and other reasons beyond the control of many residents ... and regardless of how well they may have planned ... they run out of money.
When this happens they must rely on state and federal aid to provide for their needs.
State and federal allotments rarely provide enough funds to meet the costs.
If Eventide is to continue to exercise their philosophy of meeting the needs of everyone, supplemental funds must be found to make up the difference.

Why the Eventide Foundation?

The Eventide Foundation is a non-profit, tax exempt charitable corporation, formed to collect gifts of money and assets to help off-set the expenses of caring for the elderly. Funds collected by the Foundation are used to supplement the increasing costs of personal care, and to provide amenities to residents that would not otherwise be available. 

The Eventide Foundation, administered by a separate board of directors can collect monies and assets to be placed in an endowment fund to help meet these needs and provide the loving care our residents so rightly deserve.
  Your gift to the Foundation fills a need that is present and growing. It can make a great deal of difference in the comfort and quality of care delivered to our residents.
It offers you a meaningful way in which to give money and assets whose work can be easily seen and evaluated. Because your gift will be used by the Foundation to enrich lives of residents at Eventide, you know that your gifts are being used locally and providing care for your neighbors and friends.
Because the Foundation is non-profit and charitable  it also may offer you tax advantages, by decreasing your taxes on income and estate. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
