Eventide is a community of four housing complexes that offer select services for seniors. Our staff consists of between 130-140 full and part time employees who work in the Eventide Nursing Home and our assisted living facility, Silveridge. Nearly half of our staff is employed in the nursing department. The remaining  departments include: Activities, Administration, Dietary, Enviromental Services,  Maintenance and Social Services.

As a not for profit facility, we are better able to withstand the fluctuations in resident census which causes for profit employers to cut hours and/or staff when census falls.

Part time employees share in most of these benefits at a lesser rate. All benefits start after completing the introductory stage (3 months of employment) except for health insurance for full time staff which is offered after 30 days of employment.

Criminal record and employment/education reference checking plus a pre-employment physical with TB test are accomplished prior to hire and must be successfully passed.  All jobs on the Eventide campus require communicating easily with our residents/tenants.  Good spoken and written English skills are necessary as per job requirements.
